SARS ARREST MAN FOR KEEPING BEARDS

This Nigerian man identified as David Nwawuba took to social media to narrate his encounter with SARS officials.
According to him, he was on his way coming back from work when he was stopped and arrested by SARS officials because of his beards.
He further stated that his phone and laptop was been searched before they began demanding N200000 from him to bail himself out on the road.
He said he ended up paying N50,000 after they had threatened him.

Fire has gutted a shopping complex on Martin Street on the Lagos Island area of Lagos State. Our correspondent learnt that men of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency and Lagos State Fire Service have been deployed to put out the inferno. Many traders, our correspondent learnt, had been struggling to salvage some of their goods from the burning building. The cause of the fire and the extent of damage had yet to be ascertained as of press time.
