PDP ASKS FASHOLA TO RETRENCH HIS COMMENTS ON NIGERIAN ROADS

Apart from this, the opposition party also urged the minister to tender unreserved apology to Nigerians for uttering such statement. The PDP disclosed this in a statement signed by its spokesman, Kola Ologbondiyan, and obtained by Legit.ng. According to PDP, Fashola's statement is an assault on the sensibility of over 200 million Nigerians. The party said the minister ought to be apologetic for the terrible state of roads across the country since the last four years he has been minister. PDP added that travelling Nigerian roads apart from being traumatizing, is one of the highest life threatening experiences in the country.
